1. Operator and current status

ZS Proces is currently an independently operated project based in Croatia and is not yet a registered company. References to “ZS Proces”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the individual operator of the project. The legal identity details in these Terms will be updated when the business is formally registered.

2. Service description

ZS Proces provides or tests practical automation for digital marketing and business operations. Depending on the permissions you grant, an automation may retrieve information, prepare analyses, generate recommendations, or perform actions within a connected account.

Features may be experimental, changed, limited or discontinued. Any paid work or client engagement may also be governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

3. Eligibility and authority

You may use the service only if you:

• are legally capable of entering into these Terms;
• use the service for a legitimate business or professional purpose;
• have authority to connect and manage the relevant accounts and assets; and
• comply with the laws and platform rules applicable to your activity.

If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them and grant the requested access.

4. Connected services and Meta

The service may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta, Hostinger, Cloudflare and an AI model provider. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies and account requirements. You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and permissions with those providers.

ZS Proces is an independent project and is not Meta, Facebook, Instagram or an endorsement by those companies. Meta may restrict, revoke or change API access at any time under its platform, commercial, advertising and developer rules.

5. Account access and security

You must protect your account credentials, approve only the access you intend to grant, and promptly revoke access you no longer need. Do not send passwords or full access tokens by email or through an unsecured channel. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access involving the service.

6. Your instructions, content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the instructions, data, advertising materials and other content you provide or make accessible. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use that material and to authorise its processing.

You must review and remain responsible for:

• campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, bids and publishing decisions;
• the accuracy and legality of advertisements and claims;
• required disclosures, consents and notices;
• compliance with Meta Advertising Standards and applicable law; and
• the consequences of approving or enabling automated actions.

7. Automation and human oversight

AI and automated systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate or unexpected results. You should review material recommendations and actions before relying on them, particularly changes involving campaign publication, account access or spending. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the service is an operational aid and not an autonomous decision-maker acting without your oversight.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• access accounts, data or assets without authorisation;
• break the law, platform rules or third-party rights;
• distribute malware, evade security controls or interfere with services;
• create deceptive, discriminatory or prohibited advertising;
• collect or use personal data without an appropriate legal basis; or
• misrepresent automated output as independently verified fact.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant ZS Proces a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the requested service. ZS Proces retains rights in its website, workflows, documentation and original materials, excluding third-party materials and your content.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. Instructions for disconnecting Meta and requesting deletion are available on the Data Deletion page.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise continuous, error-free or uninterrupted operation. Availability may depend on third-party APIs, hosting, account status and platform approvals. We may modify or suspend features for maintenance, security, compliance or operational reasons.

12. No performance guarantee

Analyses, forecasts and generated materials are provided to support your judgement. We do not guarantee advertising approval, campaign performance, lead volume, revenue, return on ad spend or any other commercial result. Nothing provided through the service is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZS Proces is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, platform restrictions, rejected advertisements or decisions made from unreviewed automated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and revoke connected permissions at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, platform violations, misuse or legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, subject to applicable European Union law. Courts in Croatia will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, providers or legal entity changes. The effective date will be revised, and material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and disconnect any integrations.
