You can revoke future Meta access immediately and request deletion of information retained by ZS Proces. You do not need to provide your Facebook password or access token.
1. Disconnect the Meta integration
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business Integrations.
- Find the integration associated with ZS Proces.
- Select Remove and confirm the permissions you want revoked.
You can also revoke the relevant token or integration from your Meta Business settings. Revoking access stops new API access but does not automatically remove information already retained for an authorized task.
2. Send a deletion request
Email privacy@zsproces.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include:
- the email address used to contact or authorize ZS Proces;
- the relevant Meta Business, Page or Ad Account name or ID, if known; and
- a short description of the information or connection you want deleted.
Never email us your password, full access token, payment-card data or identity document unless we specifically explain why identity verification is necessary.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited information to confirm that you control the relevant account. After validation, we will disconnect relevant credentials and delete applicable data from active systems without undue delay, normally within 30 days.
Residual copies may remain in secured backups for up to 90 days before automatic removal. Information may be retained for longer only when required by law, fraud prevention, security or the establishment or defense of legal claims. We will explain any such exception that applies to your request.
